By purchasing from AURALIE, you agree to the following.

What you are buying

One AURALIE Jellyfish Diffuser per order, plus any add-ons listed at checkout. The product specifications, materials, and what's in the box are described on the product page. We commit to ship what is described.

Price and payment

Prices are in USD and include free US shipping. Payment is collected at checkout via Shopify Payments or the alternative payment methods shown. Sales tax is applied per your state's rate if applicable.

Shipping and delivery

Orders ship within one to two business days. Most US addresses receive in two to five business days depending on ZIP and carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control but will help trace lost packages — see our Shipping page.

Returns

30-night home trial. Full refund if returned within 30 nights of delivery, in any condition. Details on the Returns & Warranty page.

Warranty

One year against manufacturing defects from delivery date. Does not cover physical damage, water damage from non-pure oils, or normal wear.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AURALIE's liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Disputes

If we cannot resolve a dispute via email (ops@ywhnova.com), disputes are governed by applicable US state law.
