Free US shipping on every order.

Processing

Orders placed before 2 p.m. PT Monday-Friday are dispatched within one business day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. PT or on weekends ship the next business day.

Delivery time

Most US addresses arrive in two to five business days depending on ZIP and carrier. Tracking is emailed the moment your label is generated.

Carrier

Carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) is chosen at fulfillment based on the fastest route to your ZIP code.

Cost

Free for all US orders. No minimum, no code.

International

Not yet. AURALIE is US-only at launch. Join the email list to be notified when international shipping opens.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows no movement for 3 business days, write to ops@ywhnova.com. We open a carrier trace immediately and ship a replacement at our cost once the package is confirmed lost.
